KHATTAH Terms and Conditions
Draft for review — not approved for a live launch.
Version 2026-10-21-draft-1 · Effective date pending approval. Bracketed details must be completed.
These proposed Terms govern use of KHATTAH by registered members. They must be completed and approved before publication. The current development or sandbox version is for simulated activity only; it does not authorize real contributions or promise actual payouts.
1 Operator and acceptance
KHATTAH is operated by [FULL REGISTERED LEGAL NAME], registration number [NUMBER], at [BUSINESS ADDRESS AND COUNTRY]. Contact: [SUPPORT EMAIL] and [COMPLAINTS CONTACT]. “We” means that operator, and “you” means the account holder.
You must receive these Terms, the Membership Rules, the Privacy Policy and the applicable package disclosures before agreeing or paying. Acceptance must be recorded by an affirmative action with the applicable document version. Privacy information is a notice; optional data uses and marketing require any separate consent that the law requires. These Terms cannot waive mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
2 Eligibility and accounts
Participation is proposed for persons aged at least 18 who can legally enter a contract in an approved location [APPROVED COUNTRIES AND REGIONS]. We may request proportionate identity or eligibility information when necessary. Do not submit identity documents unless a specific secure process requests them.
Complete registration truthfully and use an email address you control. You receive a Member ID and may access Request Invitation before payment. Keep your password confidential, report suspected misuse promptly and do not share or sell your account. Administrators must not request your existing password.
3 Packages and disclosures
An administrator creates packages. Each package offer must state the actual goods or services supplied, Package ID, fixed price and currency, taxes and fees, availability, cancellation and refund rules, and the reward calculation and conditions. The operator must specify the actual package goods or services and their value [DETAILS REQUIRED].
Before launch, each offer must also identify who receives member payments, how funds are held, who owes any reward, how rewards are funded and when they are due. No banking, deposit protection, regulatory registration or other approval may be represented unless verified.
Your participation is tied to the inviter, Package ID, requesting Member ID and selected A–E link. A separate participation is required for another package. We must not silently change those bindings or the agreed historical price and reward terms.
4 Invitations and shared visibility
Request Invitation is shared among registered members. Yellow links are requestable. Green links have a confirmed payment and are unclickable. Multiple members may request one yellow link; requests and emails do not reserve a position.
Requested invitations are sent to the account’s registered email address. The emailed link identifies the relevant participation and directs the intended member to checkout, with login first when needed. You must not forward it as a promise of a reserved position or invite people through unsolicited marketing.
A link’s owner ID, package, letter and yellow or green status are visible to other registered members. The Privacy Policy explains this disclosure. Do not publish another member’s financial or identifying information outside the platform.
5 Payments and unavailable positions
At checkout, confirm the fixed package, amount, currency and disclosed charges. Pay only through methods offered by the operator for that package. Never send a password, card security code or online banking login by email, chat or an invitation form.
An objective is completed only after the payment is verified, not when a payment is initiated or a screenshot is uploaded. One confirmed payment can complete the selected link once. The recorded confirmation time completes its five identifying values.
Once a requester’s payment completes a link, it expires for other requesters. If two payments compete for it, only one may qualify. Any other received payment must be documented as an exception, with notice to the payer and resolution under [FAILED ALLOCATION AND REFUND POLICY]. It must not fund a different position without the payer’s explicit agreement. Applicable statutory refund rights remain available.
6 Rewards and financial representations
Under the proposed model, five distinct confirmed payments complete the owner’s A–E objectives for the same package and make the disclosed reward due for issuance. The amount or formula, funding source, payout deadline, method and charges are [TO BE SPECIFIED BEFORE PAYMENT]. A reward due must not be described as paid until payout is confirmed.
There is no promise that enough members will request or pay through your links, or that you will earn an income. Do not make earnings claims that are unsupported, conceal material conditions or describe participation as guaranteed or risk free.
Any compensation arrangement must be lawful in every operating jurisdiction. If specialist review does not approve the proposed paid recruitment model, it must not be launched. Contract wording cannot legalize prohibited compensation arrangements.
7 Cancellation refunds and reversals
Before any live sale, we must publish a completed policy stating: when a cancellation is available; refund eligibility and deadlines; the request method; processing times; treatment of fees; failed allocation payments; incomplete objectives; and refunds or reversals after a reward becomes due or is paid [COMPLETE THESE DETAILS]. Until this policy is approved and disclosed, real payments remain disabled.
Nothing here removes a right to a statutory cancellation, refund, chargeback or complaint. If a payment is reversed, we may place the corresponding objective or unpaid reward under a documented review. We will explain the affected records, allow supporting information and apply the agreed policy rather than arbitrarily deleting history.
8 Conduct suspension and administration
Do not use fake identities, duplicate payment references, stolen accounts or payment methods, self referrals, collusion, harassment, automated abuse or misleading promotions. Do not attempt to defeat account permissions or access another member’s private records.
We may restrict activity to investigate a concrete security incident, payment dispute, fraud concern or legal requirement. Where permitted, we will state the reason and review process. Account closure does not automatically erase a valid refund, an accrued lawful obligation or records we must retain.
Administrator access must be limited to authorized purposes. Support viewing of a member account must be controlled and logged. View as member is read only and must not authorize a payment or a change to the member’s account.
9 Availability changes and intellectual property
Service interruptions can occur. We must communicate material payment or reward interruptions and provide a support route. We may change future package offers and these Terms with notice; we must not retroactively rewrite a confirmed participation’s historical terms or use an update to cancel mandatory rights.
KHATTAH branding and software belong to their lawful rights holders. Your account does not transfer ownership of them. You retain rights in material you submit, while granting only the permission reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.
10 Responsibility complaints and governing law
Each party remains responsible for its own unlawful conduct and obligations that cannot legally be excluded. No blanket waiver of statutory consumer protections or liability for fraud is intended. Any additional limitation of liability requires jurisdiction specific review [NOT INCLUDED IN THIS DRAFT].
Send complaints to [COMPLAINTS EMAIL OR POSTAL ADDRESS] with the Member ID, relevant link or transaction reference and a description. Do not include passwords or full payment credentials. Acknowledgment and response targets are [TO BE APPROVED]. You may also use any regulator, court or statutory complaint route available to you.
Proposed governing law is Alberta and applicable federal Canadian law, subject to nonwaivable protections in your place of residence. This choice must be reviewed after the operator and service locations are confirmed. No mandatory arbitration or class action waiver is included. If a term is invalid, the remaining lawful terms continue to the extent legally permitted.
